The Norwegian songstress comes through with a video for her new single “Bloodstream”. While it might not be as catchy as her previous single “Breathe” (also very good), it is still a proper pop song which seems to be inspired by a more darker sound that reminds me of the earlier work from The Weeknd. The lack of catchy-ness is by no means a bad thing though. If anything, it shows that Astrid S probably has more to offer than just being a one-dimensional pop star.

As far as i can tell there is no info on what her new album/EP will be called or when it’ll see the light of day. But “Breathe” and “Bloodstream” show all the signs that whatever she puts out next will be of top-chart caliber.
